Quality Microphone
How much should I pay for a really good quality microphone for recording vocals?
I see some for like $50 at Guitar Center but I also see some for like $500. Obviously the 500 dollar one will have better quality than the 50 dollar one, but I don't really want studio quality if it's gonna cost me that much. Around how much should I spend for a High Quality (not Studio Quality) microphone? Also which manufacturers should I look for or avoid?
Mic Question:
A good all around mic for vocals is the Shure SM58, which is around $100. It’s used by pro’s all the time. The Audio-Technica AT2035 is a bit better which costs around $150. And if you don’t have an audio interface the The Samson C01U connects directly to your usb port which costs around $100, and sounds pretty good too.

How to get good sound quality without external microphone?
I'm starting a web series I want to no how to get good sound quality without an external microphone. What's the best method for me to get clear sound quality . Thnx So much. God Bless You !!!! 
Great question.
Record your video in a quiet space, a room where you can control the sound, where you can close doors and windows.
Generally you want the camera / microphone as close to the subject as possible.
Take care not to touch the camera during recording as that sound often gets transferred to the camera microphone. A tripod is helpful.
Lastly try to be aware of background sounds: a squeaky chair, shifting papers on a desk, a refrigerator, an air conditioner. Keep these background sounds to a minimum (unless they are intended part of your video) .
