how to connects a karaoke system?
here is what i have, Acnos sk5oo dvd computer karaoke, Arirang dvd midi karaoke system, a Vocopro digital karaoke mixer and a Karver stereo mixing amplifier. how can i set it up????? help
Before doing anything POWER SHOULD BE OFF!!!
DVD/machine hook up
Audio
-For your DVD players I believe you can connect the audio output (white and red) into the audio input of your mixer (White and Red). Just remember which input to select when you control your mixer
Video
-You can do a direct hook up into the TV or into your mixer which should have a video input.
Mixer hook up
Video
-Hook up the video output of your mixer to the TV
Audio
-There should be an XLR Audio output on the back of your mixer. Hook that up to the audio input on the back of your mixing amp.
Mixing Amp
-Hook up your amp's left audio output and right audio output to an unpowered speaker.
Also be wary of what speakers you are using, your Carver system has 8ohm impedance, if you want some control over your speakers I suggest you buy un-powered speakers with 8ohm impedance and don't leave it on too loud for too long, otherwise your amp will blow out.
